It is the only place in Bunkyo district where you can enjoy Tokyo shamo (game cook) chickens. Our restaurant is authorised by the city of Tokyo as one of the『Tokyo specialty products restaurants』.
We purchase whole Tokyo shamo chickens of a rare kind and serve them in our restaurant. We offer only course meals to provide『 the best ingredients of the day in better taste』.
