Cheap western food in Japan. There is a pretty full menu, and the dishes are all inexpensive. It's clean and well lit inside, the staff are friendly and efficient, and they seem okay with customers just hanging out in there for long periods of time. The food tastes good. The beer always seems a lit...tle off, in my opinion, but the house wine seems fine (although they chill the red, which is weird). The drink bar gets you unlimited soft drinks and coffee, and is a cheap way to kill time with friends if you're so inclined. This is one of my go-to cheap eats spots for those nights when I don't feel like eating at home but I don't want to spend a lot of money. If you want a break from Japanese cuisine, this Saizeriya will fit the bill.
