“Fantastic food!”
Both the abalone and lobster set was amazing! We had a fantastic lunch for 4 pax here! Beef was sweet and tasty, good quality! Lobster was sweet! Fried rice v good too!

“Enjoy teppanyaki with locals”
We decided to go for lunch to the grow restaurant. We ordered the menu course for 6'000 Yen. For the filet of the Wagyu we had to pay another 2'000 Yen. we were informed, that the preparation will take some time. We received a nice appetiser. The lobster dish was delicious as well the little salad. ...The filet came as requested, medium rare and rare. The portion was small, but nicely presented. Only the quality of the beef meat was not convincing. The ice cream for dessert was nice. The restaurant looks a little bit run down. The seating space is comfortable.

“Tourist friendly and quality meal!”
I've been to Japan several times and had some top cuts of A5 wagyu before. This was my friends first trip to Japan and this place had quite a few positive reviews. Must say, the place lives up to the reviews. Small cozy place, perfect for couples or groups of 4-ish. Extensive wine menu if that's you...r thing. And if you're like me, the language barrier gives you a bit of anxiety, have no fear. The two chefs speak great English and the menu also has English descriptions. They had no problem with a California and Indiana accent (if that's a thing...). Always expect to pay top dollar for A5 but this place was reasonably priced all things considered. Plus they told us to pull out our phones and put it in slowmo video so we could capture the part where he makes a big flame over the cuts as a finisher.

“Unparalelled service & succulent steak”
Our dining experience at Teppanyaki Grow was amazing. The food was great but the service from the friendly staff was like being treated by family and friends. A highly recommended restaurant with melt in your mouth beef which pairs perfectly with the sake. 10/10 would return to Tokyo just for this.

“Amazing teppanyaki”
Awesome restaurant with very welcoming staff. We all had the set menu with a few amendments (wagyu, sirloin and fillet), and everything was delicious. Angus, our 9 year old, was treated very well and made to feel very special.
