Went with my gf and her mom, we had been here several years ago but have been opting for BurgerMania in Hiro instead. Long story short I noticed hair on my plate later in my meal, don’t know where it fell from, I assume my burger. They offered to cook another burger but at this time I’ve ate a majo...rity of the burger and it would been a waste. I did ask for new fries though. I look at the table and see another hair similar to the one on my plate, must have fell off the sandwich her mom was eating. At this point I’m over this place. When I go to pay I ask for the hair in my food discount as it makes sense to me to make up for the unpleasant hair experience. Unfortunately they didn’t feel hair on diners plates was worthy of any kind of discount on that plate. If you want hair in your burger or sandwich and no earnest concern, this is your place!

We’ve been here many times in the past since we used to live close by and this was the nearest burger/sandwich joint. After several years, we decided to go there again for lunch and left disappointed. The burgers were tasteless, the buns dry, and the coleslaw tasted nothing like a real coleslaw sala...d. Prices have been and still are way to expensive for what you get. There are much better places for burgers in Tokyo.

Best burgers and sandwiches in Tokyo. Although you do have to wait as it is very popular place. But still worth a visit if you time it well.

We’ve been here a couple of times – once for dinner and once for breakfast. They have a very nice selection of sandwiches for dinner including very good burgers. The burgers come in small, medium and large sizes and prices but for Tokyo – they are reasonably priced. Their fries are very good – mo...re like the fries you get with steak frites. There are plenty of sandwiches to choose from. They even have onion rings and milk shakes. This is a very nice comfort food place.

I called to make and order and was shouted at by the incredibly rude man on the phone for not speaking Japanese. He asked me if I could speak Japanese and when I said "no sorry" he shouted back at me "Why this is Japan". I have used them before and like the food but was appalled by the way I was sho...uted at. I will never go there or order from them again.
