“Worst experience in Tokyo!”
We had a horrible experience, these restaurant has a trip advisor certificate for english friendly establishment on the door but there was no such thing and not even one english speaking staff member. I am highly disappointed and I hope that the trip advisor committee will take this in to considerat...ion and notice that they use their logo lightly in order to trick the international customers. Even more so, the photographs in the menu are misleading and from the offers photographed we received only half of the food promised even though we paid a full price, at the moment in which we notified the staff and they just replied that the menu photographed it's for a double portion and they charge full price for half of the photo, which underlines the fact that we are not the first and unfortunately not the last until action it's taken against this behaviour.
