Deep-fried skewers restaurant of Ginza where you can enjoy the taste of the restaurant located at the Kuromon market in Osaka. We have only the chef's omakase (chef's selection) course that includes various skewers depending on the season and purchased ingredients. Starting with a Japanese tiger prawn, enjoy the 5 standard skewers and seasonal skewers with 5 different sauces. We have about 25 types of skewers, such as chicken wrapped in a shiso leaf topped with Kochia seeds, bringing out the taste of the high-quality ingredients and served with garnish. Please also enjoy the combination of skewers and wine purchased directly by the founder himself.
