They offer an extensive menu of delicious fusion dishes alongside a fantastic selection of Awamori (Okinawan liquor). The standout dish was definitely the garlic toast—the bread was incre...dibly soft, fluffy, and full of flavor. The baked Island Shallots (Shima Rakkyo) with miso and cheese were pleasantly mild and rich. The owner's recommended Mozuku seaweed omelet was also fantastic! Pairing these unique dishes with strong, flavorful Awamori made for a wonderful evening. On top of the food, the owner's welcoming smile and great service made the experience even better. Highly recommended! 琉球×イタリアンの極上コラボ！泡盛と絶品料理が楽しめる笑顔あふれるバル スポーツバー×琉球＆イタリアンバル F．B（エフビー） 「イタリアンなのに泡盛？」と思いきや、「琉球イタリアン」という魅力的なコンセプトのお店です。料理も泡盛も種類が豊富で、お酒好きにはたまりません！ 今回いただいた中で特に感動したのがガーリックトースト。パンが驚くほどふっくらモチモチで、劇的な美味しさでした。島らっきょの味噌チーズ焼きは熱が入ることで角が取れ、味噌とチーズに包まれて非常にマイルド＆リッチな味わいに。店主おすすめの「もずくオムレツ」も絶品でした。 「夢航海」や「琉球王朝」など、ガッツリ満足感のある泡盛が揃っているのも最高です。店主の温かい笑顔と心地よい接客もこのお店の大きな魅力。ぜひまたリピートしたい名店です！
