Yamanocyaya

This elegant Japanese eel specialty restaurant is a long-established store founded over 150 years ago and has got 1 star on Michelin in 2017. The Japanese house was built 95 years ago, and it's a traditional and tasteful atmosphere. They features Japanese eel dishes. They offer only course meals, in...cluding appetizers, grilled internal organs, eels' skewers, rice and soup. I have felt real flavor of eel, and its taste was gentle, elegant and very soft texture. Their unique sauce was also very tasty. It was expensive, but it's worth to pay.
