mediocre food and only self-service, order at the counter, and pick up your food. bus your own table. Basically, a McDonalds at the Andaz. Was anyone thinking about this concept? I only went as I could sit with my dog outside, but not worth it. I wont be back,

Food is average. Not much changes from pre-Covid. There is no service. Collection of food is just like any low budget foodcourt. You get a buzz, your food is ready. Food are serviced in paper boxes and plastic containers. Can you get any cheaper, Andaz Tokyo ? This is what happened after Alistai...r left ?

Very good burgers and fries. Perfect place for kids as well. Good Milkshakes to go with your burgers. They also have seafood option like the Sakura Shrimp Burger which was amazing. Must try!

We ate here twice whilst staying at the Andaz, as it is so convenient. It was fairly busy but we were given nice tables. The first time we ordered a Cowboy burger with shoestring fries and a grilled chicken, for which we were warned would be a 20 minute wait. The fries arrived first in a big bowl, t...hen the burger and then a huge portion of chicken with more fries. With two beers and an apple juice it cost ¥6700. The second time we had the southern fried chicken burger and sautéed fish: the former was good, the fish not so much. Service was excellent.
