Not sure why this is listed as closed as I had dinner there last night. It was a 3 hour experience that was a mixed bag. It’s in a beautiful space with a large community table, chef table and several round tables. My favorites were the eggplant and the entrees which were grouper and Guinea fowl.... My least favorites were the petit fours, the turnip cooked three ways. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately I am surprised that this is ranked higher than Narisawa on the Worlds Best list.

Wonderful experience but you have to book 3 hours !!!!!. It’s a wonderful trip around some very delicious looking and tasting food . Slick service in a nice atmosphere. Staff friendly and attentive. Could have done with some more wine for sure. But I am afraid it’s just too long or maybe too many c...ourses . One or other. I rarely spend three hours on a course. Otherwise a contented customer but won’t be back.

The set up of this place is incredible. You get to see all the food being prepared in the middle. But the restaurant still feels very stylish not messy. Recommend the tasting menu as the sommelier is very knowledgeable!

Traveling the world I enjoy visiting restaurants that have lauded awards. Florilege didn’t let me down - it was my favorite meal in Tokyo. Just excellent and I advise you to book and experience. I enjoyed the cocktail pairing and suggest it! Wish the chef would have said hello so we could thank him!...

what an unforgettable experience!!! elevated counter seats overlooking an open kitchen syncronized to perfection. the food was unbelievable, both aesthetically (ça va sans dire) and as a mixture of flavours. the staff was amazing in accomodating all our requests, and the price absolutely appropriate... for the experience. bravo!
