“A new and exciting restaurant you shouldn't miss”

It's another foodie restaurant, but that said, one of the best meals I've had in 4 trips to Tokyo, eating at the name places. Beautiful space, wonderful service, really inventive, but delicious dishes, each a work of art. The chef trained in France, speaks excellent French. I gave this 98.5/100 poin...ts, the best of a 3-wk trip.
