“Love it!”
Beef steak rice with tender beef and half-cooked egg to my liking. Not to forget their hot Matcha Latte. Awesome! We also ordered some grilled lamb which came with grilled potato for sharing. They were also good. The lamb was tender and juicy while the potato was well cooked!

“Okay food, service could be better.”
I assume first floor was for smoking. We requested non-smoking and was brought upstairs (although you can still smell cigarettes). The seating up here is the traditional way on the floor so you put your shoes in lockers & take the wooden block as the key. You order from a tablet on the table. Ther...e's an option for "English" and a couple other languages. The black/clear button to call the waiter is on the napkin holder. Food was good and they came out fast. The chicken was confusing wasn't sure if the peppered one was the non spicy or the one with the reddish pepper flakes. Neither one was spicy to me. Had to take out one star because they somehow didn't get my dads order in or it took forever to come out so we asked them to check on it. They ended up giving him two. Oh well, we took the extra one home. Overall pretty good food just be prepared to sit on the floor & have your shoes off...and perhaps a missing order.

“Poor service & mediocre food”
I visited this place on a Sunday night when not much else was open in the area. The place was hardly packed, but the food took along time and part of my order was forgotten entirely. Its a cheap izakaya and I had low expectations going in, but they somehow managed to go lower. Food is about par for ...the price.
