“Not great”
As a guest staying at the hotel, I was surprised by how difficult and time-consuming it was to secure a reservation at Chef’s Live Kitchen. The buffet offered a reasonably good selection, and the roast beef was particularly enjoyable, although the portions served were rather small. Unfortunately, t...he restaurant felt somewhat stuffy, and the staff did not seem especially welcoming towards guests who were not local. It was clearly very popular with the locals, which is great, but it was noticeable how few hotel guests came in the evening. Overall, the food was fine, but the experience did not feel worth the relatively high price. Given the difficulty booking, the atmosphere and the service, I had expected rather more.

“Little disappointed”
Had high hopes for this restaurant. Place itself is nice enough with nice views across Tokyo bay (if you get a window seat. Food itself was delicious but there are limited choices. I guess giving it 3 stars is a little harsh, but there are better places to eat in the hotel.

“Solid Buffet, Great Service”
I am here in Tokyo on a business trip and needed a quick breakfast. The Chef's Live Kitchen is a solid find. Service is excellent. The eggs were ok. The waffles dry and boring. (Although the black honey syrup delicious.) The Japanese breakfast was really good. So all in all, if you are in the neighb...orhood and need a good breakfast. Swing by.

“Breakfast”
Stayed at the intercontinental and this is the breakfast restaurant. It’s better than i expected and has more variety than most japan hotels. They have western and japanese dishes

“Superior service, nice food”
Very attentive personnel. Food is tasty and fresh. I took buffet dinner and was very pleased with choices as well as value for money.
