Found this place by accident - popular with locals. You order and pay through a vending machine then watch as the chef cooks the ramen in front of you. Great tasting quick ramen bar. We came back two nights in a row.

Small place in the Ginza area. Amazing ramen with machine system to place your order. Only locals with friendly staff. A place to eat and go
