“Delicious food and very nice people, also for families”
A nice small restaurant with very nice food. The specialty is okonomiyaky but you can find other dishes teppanyaki style. They did grilled chicken no sauce for our child 5 years old. We enjoyed so much our okonomiyaki and also ormons, cooked in a very unique way, I never tried before.

“Delicious family venue for Okonomiyaki”
we found this place near shinbashi to try the famous Okonomiyaki, the access is not easy to find as it is in a cellar and there is no english sign the preparation of the dish is worth seeing. the taste fantastic and truly unique from our pancake experiences in the west. It is a full meal that includ...es cabbage, bacon, egg, and condiments. We all loved it . the daughter speaks basic english . this is a must try if you like local an authentic flare. the price was 1000 yen per plate

“This restaurant really cares”
I was in Tokyo, on my own, for a week's break. When a relative suggested that I should try Okinomiyaki pancake, I searched for somewhere that made them. Sonia was the nearest and so I set off to walk there. This was easier said that done as it started pouring with rain and I could find the street.... I called and a friendly voice, speaking pretty good English, told me where they were but neither of us knew just where I was. She said she would come and find me. Unbelieveably, 10 minutes later, she did and guided me back through the wet streets. Sonia is a very welcoming little restaurant. It was packed but they fitted me in. The food was delicious and it was full of smiling customers. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

“Delicious Okonomiyaki”
This is a great place in the Shiodome area to try Okonomiyaki. It is close to many hotels of the area, Villa Fontaine, Park Hotel, Conrad and it is attended by very friendly hosts. One young waitress speaks English and a few others understand the minimum needed to order which ingredients you want it... with. We tried the pork okonomiyaki with noodles inside and all the toppings, plus some dish that locals sitting next to us ordered for us, which resembles korean kimchi with an egg. Very very tasty. It is cheap and fastly cooked in front of your eyes. We were the only tourists there, which is always a good sign. Not very big, just three tables and a bunch of seats right on the grill where the food is cooked. We returned a second time during the weekend and it was packed, but they wait was very short. The restaurant has red signs and you have to go down a few steps to find it. Very authentic a must try if in the area.
