BURG HOLIC Baguhorikku

BURG HOLIC was our first dinner after arriving in Japan, and it ended up being exactly what we needed after a long travel day. The burger was juicy, filling, and genuinely good, with portions that felt pretty generous. The menu had a nice variety of burgers, steak, and other familiar options, plus ...a solid selection of beer and other alcoholic drinks. We actually asked our server for his favorite beer and just went with his recommendation, which worked out well. The atmosphere had a relaxed pub vibe, the staff were friendly, and both the menu and service were English-friendly. Prices also felt very reasonable and, importantly, didn’t feel inflated just because we were visitors. It’s not a complicated or life-changing dining experience, but it doesn’t need to be. If you want a good burger, steak, and beer—or just want some familiar comfort food after a long day exploring Tokyo—BURG HOLIC is a very easy recommendation.

This burger spot just recently opened, so I stopped by for lunch. I ordered the Fresh Salsa Burger. It came made-to-order with fries, coffee, and soup for around 1500 yen. The size did not disappoint! And they made it after I ordered, just as it said on the menu. The bun was slightly toasted, ...which really helped bring out the flavor of the meat. The burger was delicious with the fresh salsa as well. Fantastic taste, price, and value. My new favorite burger in Tokyo!

This burger shop just opened this year I believe, and it is fantastic. I have eaten at a lot of restaurants in the Tokyo area, and one thing that I always see is cramped interior spaces. Its just that space is a premium in Tokyo, and that translates to less space for the customer and small tables.... I felt like I was at an American diner here. Plenty of room to kick back and enjoy my meal, which was excellent by the way. (In-house smoked bacon burger) Great industrial interior and atmosphere. I will try to come back next time I am in town.

If you like trying new locally brewed craft beer, this burger spot is amazing. They serve a craft beer from every prefecture in Japan. The options are superb. Highly recommended to anyone traveling Japan and wanting to try out some of the local beer flavors. I tried the Akasaka Brew and the Hokk...aido Niku Beer. The staff was friendly and they have full English menus for both food and drinks.
