Koshitsushanhairyori Deinshanki

This little restaurant on a high floor with big plate glass windows allowed us to people watch while enjoying a tasty fixed-price lunch. The meal of beef and pepper stir fry, egg drop soup, rice and pickles was just right for lunch. While this particular stir fry dish usually includes strips of ba...mboo shoot, here they made it with bean sprouts, giving it a nice crunch. The meat must have been marinated in egg white--it was so tender! The wait staff were friendly and helpful, too. The meal even came with a small dish of almond jelly for dessert, as well as a cup of coffee. For JPY850, it can't be beat!
