menya shichisai in hatchobori is sooo worth it. they make the noodles right in front of you, and they’re thick, wavy, chewy in the best way. the niboshi shoyu broth is deep but not too heavy, plus the chashu is crazy tender. small counter spot + lines happen, but i’d wait again lol.

The ramen I had here was absolutely wonderful. The noodles were all made from scratch and by hand, and every ingredient was nicely seasoned and prepared with finesse and care. The result was a bowl of ramen that was among the best I ever had. Every bit of it was delicious. If you want amazi...ng quality ramen, you need to stop here at this restaurant(located right next to the Hotel Yaenomidori).

Menya Shichisai, is a small Ramen restaurant in Hatchobori, Tokyo. It was recommended to us by a friend of mine and it was delicious. The restaurant e is small and cosy, the staff friendly and welcoming. You enter the place and select what you’re going to eat from an automatic machine. Once you h...ave picked your ramen, noodle style, broth and drink you wait to sit down. The queue moves quickly as people eat and leave right away. Overall the quality price is spot on! Definitely worth trying if you like quality ramen and happen to be in the area.

Noodles made fresh to order, Cha shiu and egg were cooked to perfection. Very unique and tasty ramen!

That has to have been the absolute best and freshest ramen I've ever tasted. Took 20 minutes to get served but that was from me placing the order, them making the kitakata noodle mix, rolling it out, turning it into noodles and cooking it. Oozing umami... ...am in ramen ecstacy right now
