“One of the best kept secrets for amazingly good Ramen”
The ramen I had here was absolutely wonderful. The noodles were all made from scratch and by hand, and every ingredient was nicely seasoned and prepared with finesse and care. The result was a bowl of ramen that was among the best I ever had. Every bit of it was delicious. If you want amazi...ng quality ramen, you need to stop here at this restaurant(located right next to the Hotel Yaenomidori).

“Amazing Ramen! ”
Menya Shichisai, is a small Ramen restaurant in Hatchobori, Tokyo. It was recommended to us by a friend of mine and it was delicious. The restaurant e is small and cosy, the staff friendly and welcoming. You enter the place and select what you’re going to eat from an automatic machine. Once you h...ave picked your ramen, noodle style, broth and drink you wait to sit down. The queue moves quickly as people eat and leave right away. Overall the quality price is spot on! Definitely worth trying if you like quality ramen and happen to be in the area.

“Umami delight”
That has to have been the absolute best and freshest ramen I've ever tasted. Took 20 minutes to get served but that was from me placing the order, them making the kitakata noodle mix, rolling it out, turning it into noodles and cooking it. Oozing umami... ...am in ramen ecstacy right now

“Very nice, but prices went up by a lot because many foreign tourists come by.”
Still very nice niboshi ramen, meat is good, noodles are made when you order. All very good. Went the year before too. But I can only feel ripped off. Last year, the basic ramen was 860 yen. Noodles, soup, 2 (really small/smaller) slices of meat and bamboo shoots. This time, 1100 yen for the same r...amen (and no, it's not due to the 2% tax hike) That's 240 yen up, just because tourists come by since they got good reviews. The quality is nice, and you may think that many places start asking for a 1000 yen, but for that price these other places use high quality ingredients, and you get decent slices of meat. I still recommend it because it's a good taste, but it left me with a bitter taste (and not from the niboshi).
