“spice level is perfect / not too hot”
Had the sweet and spicy tsukemen at Kobushi in Shinjuku 6-chome. The red soup looks super hot, but the spice level is actually perfect. It’s a great mix of sweet and spicy. The broth is delicious and the noodles are great. Highly recommend!

Found this great spot in Shinjuku 6-chome! Look at this bowl. The dark soup looks intense but the flavor is amazing. The pork is super soft and the boiled egg was perfect. So glad I stopped by.

“We made the best memories in Japan!”
I visited Kobushi in Shinjuku with a friend. The rich special Tsukemen (dipping noodles) had a wonderful seafood flavor and was incredibly delicious. The portion was very generous, and I was completely satisfied!
