“Authentic Italy in Kamakura ”
Wonderful authentic fayre in a space that is rustic and an ideal environment to have your taste buds stimulated. Range of food choices and extensive wine cellar. Knowledgeable and professional staff make the occasion more memorable. Long opening hours from midday provide an oasis for foodies in an... otherwise hectic tourist destination.

“Best Italian cuisine (tuscan) outside of Italy”
This chef actually lived and worked in tuscany for quite some time and in a very important restaurant. He opened this one in Kamakura and decided to serve only rustic italian cuisine from tuscany. the wine list is impressive and has an immense choice of really good wines. the focaccia bread is out o...f this world, the homemade pasta divine and the ragu (sauce with minced meat) delicious. we'll be coming back soon.

“Beautifully prepared food in a town needing this style of dining”
This gem is tucked at the side of a main walk up to the temple. The food is prepared each day so the menu is varied, and very fresh. Its in exquisite Italian style, pasta and delicate meat dishes. The furnishing are Italian antiques. Its a standout in a town with a lot of 'plastic menu' cheap plac...es along the streets.

Second time here, your off the Kamakura side walk into a real Italian restaurant, first impression is that the restaurant is unique lots of antiques everywhere a cross between Italian and almost Bordeaux chic The the Restaurant owner speak perfect Italian after spending 10 years in Tuscany The che...f speaks a little too fast as there is no menu so as it gets busy he kind of speeds thorough everything and hopes you understand One thing I love about this place is that your plates get changed and knives n forks too after every course You can see from the photos the food is excellent served in a timely manner and always warm Dessert menu is good and wonderful to taste You can mix and match the available choice enabling you to try everything The bottled drinks are good and the bottles are really nice that you want to take the bottle home and they let you wooohoooo All around excellent experience, fun, good food, great value for money, great choices, a little clinical which makes this place quirky Good value for money, if you are around you should try it out ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for this tiny little gem in Kamakura There is The wine selection
