“Quick spot for drinks”
Nice place to grab drinks while staying at the Shibuya Stream Excel Hotel. Was served by the bartender, CJ, both times and he was great!

“Such a poor experience!”
We stayed at the hotel and visited Torrent bar twice, and we had terrible service at each visit. The bar has a live dj every day and an ok wine list. The issue is the bar staff. With the first visit, the bartender was extremely moody, to the point that it felt that he didn’t want to serve us. With ...the second visit, the bartender had what looked like his girlfriend there and we were completely ignored. I definitely don’t recommend them.
