We came with expectations after a recommendation, but the reality was very different. The dishes were bland, generic, and clearly aimed at tourists rather than reflecting any real Japanese quality or care. The final bill was shocking — completely out of proportion for what we were served. On top of... that, we were charged over ¥2,000 for a simple rice dish with dried shrimp, which was never clearly communicated. Being told it was “mentioned while we were on the phone” just makes it worse. Very disappointing experience. Not worth it. On a top of it when I wasn’t happy about extra charged they wanted to call police.
