Very limited menu for dinner. The fact that the majority of the waiting staff did not speak English severely hampered service and made dinner a bit of a chore. Whilst the orders were not wrong, their concept of when to deliver the food was completely wrong. The wife’s dinner came in two shifts, sa...lad followed by the main course when they should have been together, and delivered a good 15 minutes before the rest of the order. The fries I ordered to go “with” my main came as a starter!. We sent it back and then, finally, it came along with the daughter’s order. Food was ok, but not brilliant especially for the cost. They managed to mix up the bill by trying to charge us too much, but when we spoke to the only waitress who actually spoke reasonable English she then changed it. A disappointing experience and one I would not have expected to have in what is meant to be a high class hotel in Tokyo.

Located in the lobby of the grand arc hanzomon. Nice casual place that serves Japanese/French Italian dishes. "Japanese beef steak set" is like a cross between an entrecôte and gyudon. Crab and scallop pasta was so good and the sea bream with cherry tomato sauce was a dream! Quite a pleasant surpri...se that lobby hotel restaurant food was insanely excellent! Staff were excellent and attentive!
