“Exquisite Attention to Detail”
My father and I were looking for a place to eat an early 4pm dinner near our hotel in Hatchobori and decided to come here after seeing high ratings on Google. We didn't know what to expect and were greeted by a friendly, patient chef/owner(?) who presented us with a menu solely in Japanese. Not k...nowing what to order, we entrusted our dinner to the staff and ended up being grateful for a memorable, amazing multi-course omakase meal. The staff show an exquisite attention to detail in their cooking as every course was well-prepared and offered unique flavors + textures. Some of my personal favorites: - The appetizer trio including unique vegetables and a fish w/ somewhat tangy/"spicy" seasoning (wasabi?) - Sashimi - melted in my mouth - Tempura: The ingredients seemed super fresh and it was so tasty we didn't even realize we were missing sauce - Chawanmushi - Stone pot - each ingredient seemed deliberately placed; I can still taste the fresh mushroom, chicken, and udon individually; the (Yuzu?) seasoning + flavor in the soup was delicious

“Best Sashimi!!!”
Great izakaya shop, cozy little shophouse with great food! Ordered an omakase set along with a tempura assortment and aka Carter dishes to share among the family was super impressed by the Chicken skin skewer and cod tempura. Sashimi was VERY FRESH, best salmon sashimi I’ve ever had! Staff was very ...polite and hardworking despite having to manage everything alone and having some language barrier communicating with us.

Lovely atmosphere and super friendly people. The Tempura was amazing and fresh! Traditional food with great service and was such a nice experience!!

“Great vibes and tasty tempura!”
Loved this place! I was craving tempura and found this place online. I got the tendon, which was super delicious and the waiter was so kind, attentive, tried hard to explain the menu in English to me and was accomodating to my extremely limited Japanese. The vibes were great and really chill. Defini...tely recommend!
