“Lovely little place! Really friendly staff”
I came here as fancied something different and wasn’t expecting a lot. It’s a real find. I was the only European in the small restaurant of 20 seats. Super friendly lady host. Had the curry of the day which was excellent with a tasty salad and a huge naan. I was thinking I could eat it all again but... actually was reasonably full at the end. But if dining with others I probably would have added more dishes. Great value - 1600 yen for a set meal with a beer. Really enjoyed myself and would go again. Very easy and. I fuss place for a solo traveller with no Japanese. Would be fun in a small group too.

“Huge servings, great price, good food and lovely service”
Ended up here at lunch when every other place around was booked solid. Staff were wonderful and promptly brought us all cold drinks as it was very hot outside. Food was lovely and serving sizes were huge. The naan bread was about a foot long! One of the top three meals we had in Japan during our... trip due to the wonderful service and value for money. The staff were so welcoming that it was an absolute pleasure to dine here.

“Indian Food ”
If you are staying in Bunkyo area while in Tokyo or Tokyo Dome Hotel or going in amusement park of Tokyo Dome and you want break in any other type of food and stomach wants to come on routine Indian food then near by restaurant 'Soul Food India' hotel is good choice. This area is accessible by met...ro having Idabashi station. Owner and staff is very friendly and warm with customer, making you at ease. Restaurant is compact having five tables and bar counter with seating capacity for thirty persons approximate. Menu is limited with different types of vegetarian, non vegetarian curries, nan or rotis and rice. So also they serve drinks, sweet dish. We tested Himalayan chicken curry and chicken curry which was genuinly made, nicely added all ingrediants, tendered chicken, spinach well dohed roti. So, after eating heavy non Indian food, this food break was satisfactory. It was observed that when we went for dining, we were only Indians who were eating and all other people were non Indians and as such hotel must be popular in local also. We told them we are going back to our country tomorrow, staff came out of hotel and were waving hands till we reach end of road, a nice way of making good bye. One must try when you are nearby.

“A decent Indian curry”
Ate the lunch menu for 990 Yen, which included two different kinds of curry, nan bread/rice and a lassi drink. Food was good and I could see the cook prepare the meal while sitting on the counter. Food was nice, however the size was quite small.
