The dishes were amazing. Each had a different flavor. The sauces were superb and the dessert was so good. We had an excellent dinner and the chef deserved the credit. Everything was so delicious, I do not know which to recommend. Just look through some of the dishes we had. There were lots of vegeta...bles, fish, duck, lamb and all kind of desserts all with fruits. Overall, I think they are pretty health conscious with all the dishes there are always vegetables accompanied. Will recommend it, if you ever drop by Yokohama, Tokyu Bay Hotel.

This is one of the first innovative Japanese-style French restaurants by a celebrity chef in Japan. I have tasted their dishes years before and they still offer beautiful French dishes with Japanese touch. One of the most known dishes of theirs is “foie gras with daikon radish.” It is an excellent s...ignature dish of theirs that represents a Japanese style French food. It is worth visiting this restaurant just to eat this dish. Needless to say, the service is also excellent.

The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the hotel with views looking out over the lobby area and to the outside. It's very open and bright. They are having an anniversary celebration so special menus were an option. Set number of courses with a variety of selections for each course. We had... an option to pay for some upgraded items at certain courses for an additional expense. One of them I upgraded was my entree item to beef... this was an additional 20.00 and NOT worth the money spent. It was just 2 thin slices of beef cooked rare. Another negative I have about the restaurant is their lack of wines. You would expect to see a nice selection of wines to choose from, but this is not the case. I think if it had 6 different wines that was the extent of it. This was disappointing as I was looking forward to a nice anniversary dinner with my wife with a nice bottle of wine. Other than the lack of wines, the food was fantastic, and the service was wonderful. A little on the pricier side but very much in-line with this caliber of restaurants in the area. We were NOT disappointed with the overall experience. (JUST THE BEEF UPGRADE AND LACK OF WINE SELECTION)

Had a dinner with my wife at this excellant French restaurant at the Yokohama bay hotel. The ambiance was first class. The setting was romantic. The meal was fabulous. The service was very good. Everything was spot on. Had a wonderful tuna carpacio, foie gras, duck and Crème brûlée. Absaloutly fabul...ous meal.
