“Ice Cream Sandwich-Mouthful of Great Flavors!”
Have to try the Ice Cream Sandwich, yes, a Real Sandwich on Specially Baked Bread, 5 Flavors they choose, including Pistachio, Sesame, & Chocolate. The bread is toasted, melting the ice cream scoops inside to create a smooth, creamy contrast to the crunchy bread. What a sandwich! They are very seri...ous about their coffee too. Several page menu, from Ice to hot, coffee is served on lovely local pottery, each with individual flowers. But you can get shaved ice too. What a nice stop in the mountains. We went for the Skillet Pancakes, they are served seasonally, we'll try again in the winter...
