“Monjayaki”
It was a great experience to try out Monjayaki. We tried three combinations. The food is cooked on your table. The last two were made by Taika. He talked to us in English. The location is very convenient, in Shibuya sky building. The atmosphere is relaxed.

“Disappointing wait staff”
Was excited to try this place - servers had very poor English (or no interest). Got order wrong, then food was delivered with no explanation and/if we were to cook ourselves or if they were to cook for us (other tables were having theirs cooked).. so we sat there waiting (feeling silly) waiting for ...someone to tell us what to do. Bit of a frustrating experience which spoiled our date night

“Great Monjayaki in a nice atmosphere”
This is located next to shibuya scramble in a mall with many different restaurants. The wait was actually about 40 minutes without a reservation but it was worth it. The servers were helpful and helped us with our selection. Then someone cooks the monjayaki for you at your table. We liked the select...ion we ordered, especially the one with squid. I would recommend this place.

“Not quite running with the Bulls but - still fun.”
Just had to fall into this tourist magnet so we could get the T-shirt (We've been to Bali too). Was not too crowded even if still quite busy and had the opportunity of running the gauntlet a couple of times - so definitely scratched that itch. Worth a look and the area around is also quite intere...sting. Don't forget to pay your respects to Hachiko the famous canine - whose statue is just outside the train station.
