Trying both shabu-shabu and sukiyaki was an amazing culinary experience. Shabu-shabu felt interactive, dipping thin slices of beef and vegetables into a hot broth, while sukiyaki was rich and flavorful, with meat simmered in a sweet soy-based sauce.
