“Sushi Masterclass in Japanese”
It was a part of our tour to Fish Market. Another group joined us at the masterclass. The chef did not speak English at all, so our guides were translating. In fact, he showed everything very clearly, so don't be afraid to go by yourselves. We made a number of nigiri sushi, 2 rolls (all of them ver...y simple to make). After the masterclass it was a pleasure to it self-cooked as well as Japanese meat dish (sukuyaki). For the final part we have received the certificates. Very nice and private atmosphere just a few steps away from Roppongi station.

“Great shabu shabu place”
If you like shabu shabu this is for you. Fantastic meat a crab legs. Sushi was also very good. Great service. I’m coming back!

This restaurant is beautiful first of all, with a large entrance and water feature, gardens outside. The Shabu Shabu was like a hot pot. It’s a pot in the table full of broth that is heated and you order things to cook in the broth. We ordered wagyu beef and vegetables. We also had all you can eat s...ushi and tempura alongside this. I’m not the biggest fan of fried food so the tempura was a bit wasted on me but my husband loved it and we both really enjoyed the sushi. We also had some lovely wine and our server was excellent. Definitely recommend going here.

“Terrible service and not inspiring food”
We had shabu shabu, and our children had sushi and some sticks. Instead of an explanation of how to eat; we were handed a plastic card that explained less than half. The shabu shabu was tasteless. The sushi was not good, the sticks very small an uninteresting. The waitress forgot several things an...d we didn’t feel particularly welcome. Luckily this was our first restaurant experience in Tokyo. All the other restaurants we ended up visiting offered way better food and service.

“Great shabu Shabu!”
I first visited this restaurant more than 20 years ago, it has since had a face lift and the décor is nice. They have also introduced sushi, which I am not sure has enhanced the experience - the sushi was OK. There was also on offer some grilled sate style skewers, but these were a bit disappointing.... However the shabu shabu was really very good. We all went for the beef, which was not cut so thin that it fell apart and was good quality, and it came with all the usual sides and sauces along with vegetables and tofu. We had a great evening and drank beer and sake. It was a reasonable price for Tokyo and well worth a visit.
