Meidorimin Shinjukuhigashiguchi

Had the most confusing experience here. First off, they should tell you right away that they would not be able to serve you well if you only speak English. I ended up waiting for almost an hour for food that apparently was not ordered, in spite of telling staff right away that I want to order food a...nd got an affirmative after I said what I wanted. I would have taken being turned down at the door instead of wasting my time.

Honestly we came to this place more for the experience and I will say that it was a pretty nice one. The aesthetic was cute, including the food and drinks. As a heads up, everybody at your table is expected to order at least one on top of the initial entrance fee. The staff was nice but some of the ...workers English was a bit limited so keep that in mind. It’s essentially what you would expect from a maid cafe. The food was pretty good and so was the parfait. Personal favourite was the cod rice omelette. They draw on the omelette in front of you which was cool to watch. Overall, no complaints if you want to experience a maid cafe then this is a pretty good place to go for that!

The staff is nice and they are quick with the food when they serve you an omelette you can also choose the animal that they can put on it. The parfait was good and I like how they added bananas and the matcha was good. There is also live music. The interior is also cute. I will add photos soon
