“BBQ wagyu beef”
This restaurant serves wagyu beef from various region. First, customers have to choose the type or which part of the beef, the pricing is go by weight, then the chef will prepare the beef. On my visit, the waitress with my insistence on "fatty portion", did a good recommendation on few choices from ..."beef of the day" menu. Once the beef is ready, customers will have to barbecue the beef them-self. Because i am foreigner, the waitress is paying attention nearby and helpful to keep reminding me to cook till medium or medium rare. The beef is super delicious and yummy even without much seasoning!!
