“Restaurant in park near Meiji Jingu shrine”
Yoyogi is a clean, modern and pleasant restaurant in the park near to the Meiji Jingu shrine. We are vegetarian and were fortunate to go with a Japanese speaker as we needed her help to ensure that the food met our dietary requirements. Although they have vegetable tempura on the menu, there is a fo...otnote that states that it is fried in the same oil used to fry shrimp and pork. Nevertheless, we were served good quality genuinely vegetarian food.

“Tokyo Meiji Jingu Yoyogi”
After walking in the Tokyo forest we enjoyed the Mejij Jingu restaurant Yoyogi. We had the special Beef Stew Omlet Rice with a salad and a cup of soup. The Forest Terrace food was very tasty. The beef was a small serving but tasty.

“Excellent Dining at the Meiji Shrine”
This is an excellent choice for dining when visiting the Meiji Shrine. The food is carefully prepared and is very tasty. It’s a great way to sample Japanese cuisine in an informal setting. Service is prompt, cheerful and efficient. My Japanese style seafood lunch was delicious, and my husband really... enjoyed his pork cutlet.

“Perfect stop-over ...”
This restaurant is the perfect stop-over after having visited the Meiji Shrine and before continuing one's exploration of the area. The green tea ice-creams (and mango ones) are an absolute must. There is an outside patio as well, which is convenient during very warm days.
