“Gluten Free and GOOD!”
Wow! This was our favorite meal of 2 weeks in Japan! It’s so hard to find gluten free options. Thank God for this restaurant

“Excellent gluten free dishes but great for non-gluten free too”
My wife is coeliac and it can be hard to be sure that dishes are gluten free, so to find this gem of a place was fantastic. I'm not gluten free but I thought the food was brilliant - my first okonomyaki and it won't be the last, and breaded chicked pieces which tasted just like normal ones, no sacri...fice of texture or taste at all. My wife had pasta which was really good, and a nice salad. Great value. It's small, so best to reserve a table. I liked its informality too.

“Basic food, but 100% gluten free means you can dine risk free: A Coeliac's review”
While ou have to love a 100% gluten free place if you have Coeliac Disease, I have mixed feelings about Gluten Free T's. The Ropppongi location has the better food, but unless you are in the window seat, it is really cramped. The servers are friendly, and everyone there is pretty laid back. I ha...d the japanese pancake and katsu curry because I had done all the starters last time. The pancake was really nice, and the katsu was basic. That is it with Gluten Free T's - do not expect fancy or clever food...it is an Applebees, not a Goodman's, not a Nobu. It was great to have a gluten free beer though, and with the prices you do get good value for money. I am sure I will be back if nothing other than to bask in the confidence and relaxation of eating in a 100% gluten free location.

“A place for vegan in Tokyo”
I'm vegan and it is quite difficult to find restaurant in Japan, where I can find something for me. In this restaurant I ate interesting, vegan food. It is a very small place and not too easy to find. It's a bit too warm to sit inside for too long. Springrolls tasted kind of fishy.

“Dirty”
I was very disappointed with our experience. Immediately upon arrival there was garbage infront of the door. The floor was sticky. The water jug at the table was dirty. They were out of chicken Katsu the whole reason we came. From our seat we could see into the kitchen. There was a massive pile of d...irty dishes. We felt it was going to be authentic Japanese food made GF however it was very disappointing. Good enough if your celiac since it is all GF but very sad about the experience. And shocked at how dirty everything was.
