ICHIRAN Shibuya

Bad experience. We went to the restaurant as a group of 4 and checked-in. We waited and after 1 hour and 40 minutes we returned. One of us was 5 minutes behind walking to the restaurant so the attendant sat 3 of us in the restaurant. When the fourth person arrived, the attendant (tall, skinny staff... member) was very impolite, lied about getting us reunited and refused to let the fourth person inside the restaurant. The attendant between 8-8pm should be fired.

Our family of four started our Japanese vacation eating breakfast at Ichiran in Shibuya. At least having it for breakfast allowed us to enjoy the meal without any wait! Quite an interesting experience and the food and service were top notch. Good value for money was the ramen was excellent.

scanned the code outside to wait for ichiran but i was met with a rude impatient lady. as i was waiting for it to load she kept going ‘wait. wait. wait’ when i was standing still waiting. i then pressed the email button as instructed and she said ‘press!’ angry. i just walked off. female solo travel...ler so excited to come here for the first time and now ive been put off. awful.

Loved it. Was the first time eating ramen in Japan, and went back cause it was reallyy delicious. We did not have to wait for a long time and got our food after just a couple of minutes. The portion sizes were perfect, the broth was delicious, the noodles chewy, the egg perfectly runny and the pork... soft. Prices amazing! If you are not familiar with this chain: you order at a vending machine and have to speak to no one during your whole visit. I loved everything about it.
