“Fastfood japanese food”
They serve quick very affordable japanese food. The taste is just average though. Just enough to fill your hunger.

“Good comfort food.”
A great place to stop for lunch in the middle of sightseeing in Asakusa. Seating is all diner style. Seats at the counter. It is a small place. Often you come in to no seats. Relax! There is a fast turnover. Just stand back and someone will leave soon. It is not a restaurant to linger in. If you wan...t to update social media you can do it next door at Starbucks. Here at Yoshinoya you order, eat your food, pay and move on. This is a chain frequently seen in Japan. They use expensive quality meats served in an inexpensive manner. This restaurant is inexpensive and most times well under $10. The dishes are all tasty and fresh. Great ramen. Staff speaks little or no english. Most non Japanese tourists just ask for an english menu and point. The waitress will bark out your order to the cooks in Japanese and our food will appear in a few minutes. Recommended.
