Usually, simply raising your hand slightly is enough for them to notice you'd like another bowl of rice. They also refill your water without you having to ask, which I always appreciate. Pass by and we randomly pick this for dinner and decided to try out. Surprisingly good amd does not regrey it. It has chinese menu since we do not know how to read Japanese menu. Lucky us they have Chinese speaking staff here who is gladly to help us introduce their specialty menu which is cow tongu...e. Decided to try it out and we are happy with it since it taste good. Spend around less than 4000 yenhere for a good beef set dinner. Nvr try nvr know as ppl always say.

Might be surprised. Ox tongue meat is quite popular in Japan. Seems that it has effect on diet. Negish is one of franchise restaurant. You can enjoy ox tongue meat steak in reasonable price. Enjoy!
