Wrote this on Yelp: I would not come here again. Their kiosk system was a disaster. Even in English mode...no details on what you ordered and the order was all screwed up. 4 people one entree and a couple of bowls of rice came out. No where did they try and rectify the failure in their system. I as...ked them to replace the rice as it was sitting there waiting for the entrees. They wouldn't even replace the rice. I asked for the one entree to be reheated. They took it and didn't reheat. So I ate mine cold and now had to repay on top of what was ordered. Just keep paying. Dropped about $75 USD and it was the WORST experience I've had in Tokyo. Couldn't even give us new rice after it's been sitting 15 min!? Manager failure. There are better places. Cmon man.

Of course I went because of Jungkook and Jimin and they did not disappoint! I have to admit my Husband's dish was more tasty. Our first time using the kiosk in Japan so we felt pressured lol but it was fine. Service was great and yes I got emo being there! A must for BTS Army 🥹

Stopped here for dinner based on a recommendation from a friend. Ordered and paid via the kiosk in front and once seated, the food came out in minutes. Both the roast beef and steak were fantastic - both simple but delicious. The meat is incredibly tender. I didn’t care much for the Hawaiian Loc...o Moco - too tough.

Absolutely delicous and very filling. We had to wait a little bit but that's quite normal. Easy to order and friendly staff!

The food service was so terrible. The steak special bowl has too much fat and bloody. You should eat faster. The eating time was only allowed for 20 minutes. The waitress will ask you to move out after 20 minutes.
