“Lovely location”

I was on the road but fancied some decent dining in a refined atmosphere so came to the lounge and had a pleasant meal of sirloin and an excellent creme brulé. It closed at 6 but that was time enough. Good high rise views, service attentive. Very worthwhile

Great food, a little bit expensive comparing to other indian food around the world but worth every yen ;)

“Good food but odd service”

Food was great and big portions so be careful ordering starters and mains. Service was very odd though. Our starters arrived one by one with the third starter about ten min after the first one. I am used to eating at the same time. My main arrived immediately but the other two again followed 5 minut...es later then ten minutes later. It looks like their kitchen is too small to cope. Friendly people though.

“Fabulous Curries”

Invited by some local friends to go try an Indian restaurant in Kamata for dinner. The restaurant is located down the street from the West exit of the JR Kamata station and is accessed from the stairs or elevator on the alley side of the building. Once you arrive, you are promptly greeted by the s...taff who are friendly and provide excellent service. Menus are in both English and Japanese which makes ordering very easy. If you have questions, the staff are happy to help answer them. Tried 2 of the curries and ordered them with medium-low heat level to be more suited for Japanese tastes. I found that the flavor and spice (heat) was very pleasant, but it still was enough to make me sweat a little towards the end. The curries come in small bowls that are enough for 1 person with a good appetite or sufficient for sharing, especially if you order appetizers and nan (which are quite large). Overall this was a great dining experience and will certainly be coming back to eat here again.

“Best curry in Japan!”

Tried quite a few Indians in the Tokyo area and this is the best I've had. A good curry is one of the things I've missed most about living in Japan but I'll definitely be visiting again and think that problem is solved. I was there with my wife in the evening, the restaurant was busy with a number o...f other couples and families creating a nice atmosphere. They have a good menu with lots of variety and delicious currys, Nepali and Indian beer and a relaxed environment with friendly multi-lingual staff.
