If you're in Nagoya, you have to try Hitsumabushi, and Bicho is hands down one of the best places to do it. The grilled eel is perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor.

Popped in for lunch, but returned a few days later for dinner. Decor simple and unpretentious. The crispiest eel skin we’ve ever had. DELICIOUS
