“A Nourishing and Delicious Samgyetang Experience”
I visited shiari samgyetang in the Omotesando area and had their signature Rich Samgyetang. The soup was rich and flavorful, made with chicken broth, creamy chicken stock, and traditional medicinal ingredients such as ginseng. Despite its depth, the flavor was clean and comforting. The chicken was ...incredibly tender and fell apart easily with a spoon. The meal also came with six side dishes, including kimchi, bean sprout namul, carrot rapee, and a Korean-style soft-boiled egg, all of which complemented the soup perfectly. I also enjoyed a cup of herbal Japanese black tea after the meal. The bright, airy interior features photography by Masashi Uemura, creating a relaxing and artistic atmosphere. If you’re looking for authentic samgyetang in Tokyo, this is definitely a place worth visiting.
