Stumbled upon this ramen joint right by Roppongi Station-can't miss it with the big yellow sign out front. It's a classic setup: small, all-counter seating, and you order your ramen from a vending machine outside. I went for the small ramen and added a garlic mayo topping (because why not?). Even t...he "small" bowl was huge-piled high win cabbage and bean sprouts. Total flavor bomb. What really blew my mind? They're open every night until morning. Like, legit all night. I found this ramen shop while walking around Roppongi after visiting Tokyo Tower. It stood out with its yellow sign, so I decided to go in. It was a super rich pork bone-based ramen.
