Beef kitchen Shibuya

The restaurant has a modern, stylish atmosphere with large glass windows, creating a bright and open space. There are also counter seats, making it suitable even for solo diners. I had the “Beef Kitchen Course,” and every dish was beautifully presented and well-balanced. Highlights included the lig...htly seared wagyu yukhoe, wagyu sushi, and the tender fillet with wasabi. The standout was the large sirloin sukiyaki-style dish, grilled by the staff and served with egg yolk and rice—rich, indulgent, and unforgettable. Service was attentive and smooth throughout the course. A great place in Shibuya for a refined yakiniku experience.
