“Love the Meats”
We were recommended to this restaurant by the owner of a Japanese B&B that we were staying at. She mentioned that she and her family love the food there. The following day we decided to try it out for lunch. It is a neighborhood Japanese BBQ restaurant. Their meats are thinly sliced, to be BBQ yours...elf, over a gas stove at the table. There was no English menu but from the pictures and google translate, we were quite comfortable in ordering what we wanted. The wagyu beef was lovely; tender, fresh and succulent. We tried both the fatty and lean cuts. We also had the sliced chicken thigh, which was good. The sliced pork was good too. The waitress recommended the pig intestines which we tried but didn't like at all. It was chewy and tasteless. Stick to the beef, chicken and pork meats and you wouldn't be disappointed. Overall, it was a lovely experience.
