Every morning, freshly caught fish arrive at the Sapporo Central Wholesale Market's outer market. Our restaurant has a great selection of specialties that use the freshest ingredients! A variety of rice bowls overflowing with food, sashimi that is both perfectly seasonal and extremely fresh, and charcoal-grilled king crab and striped mackerel from Rausu will all delight! The salmon roe we use in our rice bowls, brined in soy sauce, is a rare treat and the winner from Japan's first ever Souvenir Academy Awards!
