“I love yakiniku”
So nice with wagyu yakiniku. During the walk back to the hotel I was cold and hungry. I found this restaurant in front. Disappointed to have to eat very tasty. I wanna go again.

“Not worth the all you can eat”
They have 3 all you can eat options for ¥3500, ¥4500, and ¥5500. The meat selections for all 3 are very limited and since the most expensive seemed to have more innards in the choices, we opted for the middle priced option. To make a long story short, they have terrible beef. Their pork is even bett...er than their beef. Oh and their sausage is good, which isn’t saying much as you can buy that in any grocery store here. It’s just really terrible. Bad choice for dinner tonight. Sigh.

“One of my favorite yakiniku izakaya ”
This being the fourth time I’ve been to this izakaya you can tell it’s one of my favorites. Their yakiniku is really good. We were ushered to a semi-private tatami room where you sit on the floor with a foot well for comfort. The menu is large with items such as premium A5 wagyu beef kalbi, the re...commended “rosu” wagyu sirloin, assorted veggies to cook over the grill, “bibimpap” stone pot mixed rice cooking when placed in front of you, and Sangen pork, to mention a few. Drinks are by glass or by bottle. I recommend this place.

“Super Yakiniku Char Grilled Restaurant!”
Yakiniku, one of my fav foods is done by grilling meat, seafood, veggies over a charcoal brazier. During the winter, this is especially good as you sit in front of the warmth of the brazier. Ippatsu Don has the finest , tender, quality prime meats for grilling. You are greeted at the door by th...e manager, Mr. Hirano, and are seated in a semi private booth. The recommended Ippatsu Don prime Kalbi(thinly sliced rib steak) is excellent, tender and very tasty. So is the Japanese wagyu special sirloin steak also thinly sliced and marinated and ready to grill. The locally grown Hokkaido veggies are sweet when grilled. In the winter the Korean soup dishes help with the chill. The yuk kae jang(meat and veggies in a Korean miso(bean paste) iron pot bowl is very tasty. So is the iron pot sizzling bibimpap(rice mixed with meat and veggies)which cooks in front of you. Grilling the meat and veggies is fun, but don't worry about the smoke as it is drawn up and away by a big fan in a round hood. Don't miss this fun experience!
