We were seated at a table that was inner section of the restaurant. As there were smokers, we requested to change our table to a non-smoking section, despite having requested one in the first place, which they didn't find. We order our meats which were fine, but all of them came decorated with an ...orchid and laminated name tags of the meat served. I know that they must re-cycle the orchids as well as the name tags which will only breed cross contamination! We were so disgusted that we grilled our meats to 120% cooked, so that we don't end up sick, but that also meant that beef at that done-ness, would taste like cardboard. We had no choice - a choice of having a pleasant dinner and get ill or cardboard meat, but still safe. We told them that one of us is celebrating our birthday, and there was no extra service (wishes or complimentary dessert). Extremely disappointing experience

I would have given a five star had we received better service. The food and wagyu beef is definitely worth a 5 star for quality and taste. It was our last night in Sapporo before we head home and we thought we wanted to have one more meal of the super grade wagyu beef. We walked in the night before... but the restaurant was full so we went to another restaurant nearby to have our meal. We still wanted to give this restaurant a try and walked back to make reservations for our last night in Sapporo. When we entered the restaurant on the night we made reservations, we already felt like we were not very welcomed. What made it worse was when we asked for water refill and the waitress dump the jug of water on the table. The plastic ice stopper dropped into the jug of water and we asked kindly asked the waitress to change the jug of water. She gave us a look of annoyance and put her fingers directly in the jug of water to retrieve the plastic ice stopper. This was absolutely disgusting, as we are not sure if she had washed her hands after she used the bathroom and definitely unhygienic, which spoiled the entire dining experience. To be honest, the cost of a meal in this restaurant is not at the low end and as such would expect some level of service. Anyway, I'm just sharing my experience. I would still recommend for you to try the food but don't expect to get the service that you think you will be paying for.

Looking for pork but the menu mainly consists of beef. Still looking for best black pork. Servant doesn't speak English but they do their best to serve.

Very nice view from 10th floor. Reasonable pricing. Lunch menu below 1500 yen. Absolute recommendation.
