“One of the best meals I ever had ”
This restaurant is a real hidden gem, with only 14 covers the ambience is calm and refined. We had the menu Ailes with matching wines. The concept is local Hokkaido ingredients french style and it really works. The food was beautiful and the wine pairing was one of the best I ever had. The chef and... his wife are so nice and welcoming. It was a truly memorable experience.

“Amazing meal and intimate service”
We made a reservation for dinner at first, since it's occupied they suggest us the lunch time slot instead. However, they still offer lunch menus with dinner ingredients. They're also serving a biscuit for our birthday celebration. You might drive by yourself or taking a taxi to access the restaur...ant, they also provide four parking spaces in the front of the restaurant.

“Exquisite”
Faultless. I have eaten all over the world in many wonderful restaurants and this was one of the best. The service was impeccable, the ambience lovely, the presentation spot on, and of course the food delicious. Also it was incredibly good value for a 6 course meal of that standard. A little hidde...n in the suburbs but google map finds it just fine. Enjoy!

Amazing restaurant. The food is breathtaking, the staff is smiling and always on point and the chef is very kind. You get amazing tastes and quality for an affordable price. Highly recommended!

“Excellent food, decor, service and value for money”
Restaurant was located out of the way and a bit difficult to access. Inside the décor is comfortable and classy. Unfortunately another table of 8 guests were very noisy that night. We tried the JPY9,500 dinner. In fact we should have some of us try the top priced dinner. The food was French Japanese... fusion. The ingredients were fresh and good quality. The cooking was meticulous and tasty. The service was great. I asked for wine pairing and besides the food, I found the wine pairing a bargain too. I highly recommend this Michelin star restaurant to those who enjoy fusion food. My favourite dish was the chicken with mushroom, the wagyu and the chestnut mousse.
