Payment: Cash; PayPay Kid Friendly?: No English Menu?: No The best fried chicken (zangi) I’ve had in Sapporo! Lungo Carnival is mostly a seafood izakaya, but they make some great chicken too! ... Also highly recommended are the nama oysters and asari clam sake soup! Simply delicious. We will be back. Very popular. Make a reservation.

“Was told only japanese people only!!”
Sad only allow japanese peiple to eat there!!! Workers at the restaurant ensured me i wasnt mistaken. Funny is located next to a temple too!
