“Very average”
All very average food and atmosphere would not go back. Serving size was pretty small and there was very little value. Don’t know what all the fuss is about.

“Simple but tasty food in a basic but quiet restaurant - very good value”
This restaurant is right on the busy Dontobori road which is the main road in the nightlife area in Osaka. Once inside your are in a quite oasis. The décor is basic and simple, service very good. The food was also simple, but very tasty and very good value.

“Ichiban ”
Unforgettable place and one of anyone has a bucket lists; this place should be on the bucket lists for all and that's putting it mildly Couldn't recommend it enough Must be seen to appreciate the whole Journey

“Good noodles place in Dotombori”
Imai Honten is a noodles place in Dotombori Place is quiet compared to the buzzing street and you can enjoy good food at an affordable price

“Not Vegetarian Friendly”
Came to this restaurant as it is posted as being vegetarian friendly. However I would like to warn that it is not and there are no veggie options on the menu as all the Udon is served in fish broth. Although the staff were lovely and tried to accommodate us best they could, the vegetable tempura was... decidedly average and the plain buckwheat soba left much to be desired. I would like to add that we had two meat eaters in the group both of whom were also unimpressed with their meals.
